Refund Policy

GoEzLaw Plus Inc. Effective September 3, 2025

This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which GoEzLaw Plus Inc. ("we", "our", or "us") will or will not issue refunds for membership fees and legal document preparation services.

General Policy — No Refunds

All payments made to GoEzLaw for membership subscriptions and legal document preparation services are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

This applies to, but is not limited to:

  • Annual membership fees (Free, Premium, Premium+)
  • Divorce document preparation services
  • Certified and AI-powered translation services
  • Business formation services (LLC, corporation, non-profit)
  • Bankruptcy filing assistance
  • Property booking fees
  • Any other service fees paid through the GoEzLaw platform

Exceptions — When a Refund May Be Issued

A refund may be considered only in the following circumstances where GoEzLaw was unable to deliver the service as described:

  • Service not initiated: Work on your case or document has not yet begun and you request cancellation before processing starts.
  • Technical failure: A verified technical error on our platform prevented your service from being delivered.
  • Duplicate payment: You were charged more than once for the same service or membership due to a system error.
  • Unable to complete: We are unable to complete the requested service due to circumstances entirely within our control, and no alternative resolution is available.

Refunds in these cases are issued at our sole discretion following a review. We reserve the right to offer a service credit or re-delivery of the service in lieu of a monetary refund.

Membership Fees

Membership fees are billed annually and are non-refundable once charged, including if you choose to cancel your membership before the end of the billing period. Your membership benefits remain active through the end of the paid term.

Translation Services

Once a translation job has been submitted and processing has begun, no refund will be issued solely on the basis of a change of mind or duplicate submission.

Human (certified) translations: If there is a verified error in the completed translation, we will correct it at no additional charge.

AI-powered translations: Due to the nature of automated processing, AI translations may occasionally contain errors. If a verified error is found in an AI translation, we will:

  • First attempt to re-process or correct the translation at no additional cost; or
  • Issue a full or partial refund if we are unable to deliver an accurate result after a correction attempt.

Refund eligibility for AI translations requires that the error be reported to us within 7 days of the completed job delivery.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund under Section 2, please contact us within 14 days of the original payment date with the following information:

  • Your full name and registered email address
  • The service or membership for which you are requesting a refund
  • A description of the issue and why you believe a refund is warranted

We will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.
